The operation of the forehead by the endoscopic method takes place for approximately 1 hour under local anesthesia, and by agreement it is also possible in analgesia. It is advisable to stop taking acetylsalicylic acid and painkillers for about a week before treating forehead surgery with an endoscopic method. Smoking should be reduced 2 weeks before the procedure, which increases the risk of complications and reduces healing.
