Premier Smile under the guidance of MDDr. Margareta Krištoff is the orthodontics department of the Premier Clinic aesthetic medicine clinic. Premier Clinic is a premium private healthcare facility located on Jungmannova Street in Prague, spanning over 800 m2. The clinic was created based on the architectural design of renowned Czech architect Jaromír Pizinger. We have state-of-the-art technical equipment including 2 high-tech operating rooms and 1 procedure room with gentle low-flow anesthesia capability. We can detect maximum tooth movement as one of the few facilities in Prague thanks to CB CT equipment.

Braces are orthodontic devices used to correct teeth and bite defects. Our clinic provides a wide range of orthodontic options, including the application of invisible and fixed braces.
Invisible braces:
Invisible braces are an excellent choice for those who prefer discreet orthodontic treatment. They are made of transparent plastic and are virtually invisible, allowing patients to feel comfortable wearing braces in public.
Fixed braces:
Fixed braces are the traditional form of orthodontic treatment. They consist of metal wires and components that are attached to the tooth surface. This type of braces provides firm and effective correction of dental defects.

During the first visit, there will be a non-binding consultation with the doctor, during which we will scan your teeth. From this scan, we will obtain a 3D model of your teeth, show you the expected result and propose a treatment plan. You will be able to discuss treatment pitfalls with the attending physician, ask questions and learn about the price of the proposed method. Thanks to the fact that we are not limited only to the application of invisible braces, but in case of more serious defects we also use fixed locks, we are able to effectively solve the entire spectrum of dental defects.
If you are interested, the doctor must perform additional X-ray, possibly CB CT images and individually complete your treatment plan. After paying the advance invoice, your braces are manufactured by 3D printing (in the case of invisible braces) or we plan the installation of fixed braces.

After about 30 days, we will apply the given braces, show you how to take care of them, and together we will plan check-up visits during which we will monitor the progress of your treatment. The novelty is the possibility of monitoring the progress of treatment with invisible braces using an application, which means that a large part of regular check-ups directly at our clinic is eliminated.
You usually wear braces for 6 months to 3 years, depending on the complexity of the defect being treated. During this entire period, we carefully monitor the progress of treatment and possibly adjust it so that the achieved result is as good as possible.
