Premium Plastic Surgery Clinic

Premier Clinic Commercial and Payment Terms

Payment Methods

Procedures at our clinic can be paid for using the following methods:

  • Cash
  • Bank transfer: account no.: 9561162/0800 at Česká spořitelna a.s.
  • Payment card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, and Maestro)

Consultation Fees

We believe a second opinion is important for you, so we provide some consultations free of charge. Consultations with a doctor are always charged.

Treatment Deposit and Prepayment

To reserve a date, a deposit of 500 CZK (for minor aesthetic procedures) and 10,000 CZK (for plastic surgeries exceeding the price of 5,000 CZK) is required. The date becomes binding upon payment of the deposit. The deposit is non-refundable as it covers personnel and other costs associated with the preparation of the surgery/procedure. The deposit can be paid in cash/card at the time of reservation or by bank transfer within 7 days of booking.

For prepaid services (e.g., discounted service packages, prepaid discounted treatments, credit top-up on loyalty cards, prepaid treatments, discount for prepaid procedures/surgeries), refunds are not possible for any reason (except serious medical reasons confirmed by a doctor). In such cases, only the transfer of the amount to credit on a loyalty card is possible. A serious medical reason is considered to be a reason that prevents the safe performance of the procedure even with a rescheduled date – common colds, short-term illnesses, COVID-19, illnesses treatable with medication and time, etc., are not considered serious medical reasons.

Procedure/Surgery Cost

100% of the price of the procedure/surgery must be paid before the start of the operation. The price of the procedure/surgery is payable:

  • No later than on the day of the operation in cash
  • No later than 2 business days before the scheduled operation/procedure to the bank account no.: 4762117369/0800 at Česká spořitelna a.s.
  • By payment card on the day of the procedure/surgery (please ensure your card has a sufficient limit for the payment)

Payment in Installments

Procedures costing over 5,000 CZK can also be paid in installments through the client’s bank or an online loan application at www.cashshop.cz.

Changing the Procedure/Surgery Date

Minor dermatology/gynecology/preventive medicine procedures can be changed without a fee. However, we request timely cancellation/rescheduling of your reservation at least 7 days before the scheduled procedure.

Plastic surgery procedures or procedures costing more than 5,000 CZK can be canceled as follows:

  • Cancellation/rescheduling 30 or more days before the procedure: a fee of 50% of the paid deposit
  • Cancellation/rescheduling less than 30 days before the procedure: a fee of 100% of the paid deposit The fee is deducted from the paid deposit.

Laboratory tests, EKG, and internal examinations must be performed and delivered to Premier Clinic’s email info@premier-clinic.cz within 10–21 days before the procedure. If this requirement is not met, a cancellation fee of 100% of the deposit invoice will be charged in case of contraindications.

Premier Clinic reserves the right to cancel a procedure already booked by the client even after the reservation fee has been paid. This cancellation can occur on the day of the procedure. The client acknowledges that in case of cancellation by Premier Clinic, the client is not entitled to reimbursement for travel or other costs incurred in traveling to Premier Clinic.

Discounts and Other Service Packages

Discounts cannot be combined, and these discounts cannot be applied to already discounted services/service packages/gift and other discount vouchers.

The validity of gift vouchers is always a maximum of 12 months from the date of issue. For vouchers with a shorter validity date, the validity date on the issued voucher applies.
