1. First Visit (30 min)
- Dental impressions for the production of custom trays
- Production time: approx. 2 weeks
2. Home Whitening (14 nights)
- Wearing trays with gel (10–16% carbamide peroxide)
- Gels stored at temperatures up to 10 °C for maximum effectiveness
3. In-office Whitening (90 min)
- Application of gel with 6% hydrogen peroxide
- Stabilization and enhancement of the achieved effect
