Then select the reconstruction method and explain to the patient the possibilities of the final result after reconstruction. Very often, after the first, reconstruction phase, it is necessary to adjust the other side, healthy breast to the size and shape of the reconstructed breast.

How does recovery proceed?
Breast reconstruction is a demanding surgical procedure, and the recovery time depends on the type of operation, extent of the procedure, and the patient’s health condition. After surgery, the patient will be monitored at the clinic for 1 day. After surgery, it is necessary to take antibiotics for 1 week and wear compression garments for 6-8 weeks.

Breast reconstruction is a complex surgical procedure, and although complications are rare, it is important to keep in mind a certain risk. To minimize complications, the choice of a qualified clinic and experienced surgeon who selects the right surgical technique is crucial.
